September 2019: Kaylia joins the ConCom for FogCon 2020 working as a Jr. Honored Guest Liaison and assisting with the Writer’s Workshop.

May 2019: Kaylia is a judge in the 2019 Fresno Library Poetry Contest. At the awards ceremony, Kaylia read two original poems.

March 2019: Kaylia attends FOGcon!

February 2019:  Kaylia is a featured Local Author at The Weekend Blender where she sells copies of her book and promotes the Pages and Popcorn Podcast.

November 2018:  Kaylia launches Pages and Popcorn Podcast.

August 2018:  Kaylia joins the Central Valley Alliance of Atheists and Skeptics as Secretary of their Board of Directors.

July 2012: Kaylia joins the writing staff at Blade California, a southern LGBT magazine, where she writes the “Fresno Finds” column. 
May 2012: Kaylia becomes a regular contributor for the Gay Central Valley blog writing news and op-ed pieces.
December 2011: Kaylia joins the Community Alliance as a regular monthly contributor. She writes the monthly LGBTQ column.
December 2011: Kaylia’s fiction hiatus ends and she begins working on a new novel, working title: “Women of the Valley.”

November 2011: Kaylia is the editor for the “Our Stories; Voices of the LGBT+ Community” anthology.
October 2011: Links is made available as a e-book on both the Kindle and the Nook
May 2011 – June 2012: Kaylia’s work on the GayFresno site is regularly picked up and published in Newslink.
May 2011: Kaylia’s article “State of The Valley”, written in conjunction with Chris Jarvis, for the Community Alliance is published.

February 2011: Kaylia pitches her “Queen’s Guard” and “Mirror Image” novels to agents at the San Francisco Writers Convention. Both are met with excitement.
November 2010: Kaylia leaves Santa Cruz for Fresno and goes on a brief fiction writing / promotions hiatus.
